A cleo that can take the contents of what is in a car? like weapons / drugs?

Okay I had this idea, what if you could get like a co-ordinate check? like to see if there is any player on the same co-ordinate as you? because I'm pretty sure that admin's have the same co-ordinates when they spec you?

Doesn't work, with this cleo it won't even let me log in..the SAMP loads and then I get "not responding" but without it I am fine. Looking for a fix? :/

Hey I was hopefully looking for something that would allow me to start the engine of a vehicle the command to do so /engine in game but I want something that will do it in cars like faction vehicles? :P
