Download SAMPFunc 5.2.2 from ug-base then place it in your GTA SA Root Directory. Install CLEO 4.1 (make sure you don't use 4.3) and in the cleo folder copy .cs file. Also use anti-crasher if you crash frequently (I used to crash while using M4 with this particular cleo).

What does the mod do anyway?  

Tell me if it is working. Press F11 to activate. 

It's crashing for me in single player so couldn't test it but it should work since I just changed the key to "R" if it was working for you earlier.   :imoverit:
