Is every house on RP servers on the same world or does every single one have its own world?

Yeah but what I want is to change my interior to an interior ID that I already know, so lets say my house is virtual world 10 and i change my world to 10 with a hack somehow.

Is there a way to change your virtual world with cleo or with any other cheat? Can you detect in what virtual world you currently are on the server? Do all houses and unique interiors have different virtual worlds or are some on the same one?
