People that use SAMPFUNCS may or may not know that when you enter a pay'n'spray, the color of the car changes. Here are some screenshots of a RP server that have permanent color filter script and such. I'm wondering if there is a cleo or other mod that prevents this.

Title pretty much narrows this down to a few key words. When ever I attempt to run a Cleo script in Singleplayer/Multiplayer the Cleo does not load. Yes, I've tried the latest version of Cleo. Is there a certain setting that I need to enable for Cleo 4 scripts to work?
