Hello, i just want wanted level editor for server that im playing on. Im playing as terrorist and i can have more than 200wl more wl= more bounty.If would be there anyone who could do this for me i would be really thankful.

Impossible. Wanted stars is server sided. If you could change wanted stars, you could change money, exp, etc.
