hello, this is my new singleplayer program /
its call create players / players maker
this wont be seen by others ! so don't spam the topic with your asking


PS: in samp you can use it to block others bullets by suicide some noobs chars you made lol - didn't test it much but i think its working in this way

i thought to share it with if you want to make a movie or play offline

this is simple program will make random players when you press left ALT

Read me:

 made & uploaded by blackHat

this program work in singalplayer   mean in samp others can't see it
move the file "create players" to gtaSA/cleo/

in game just press left ALT to make players (the players will spawned "freezed/do nothing"  but if punch/push them or fire they will preform the usual animation)
