Auto on no spread / no recoli

In there a nospread that automatically turns it self on without me the user having to toggly it with a command? if so can someone direct me to it, because iv'e been looking all over and can't find 1 and if not can someone please edit or even make one for me.

i got an sf plugin which auto activates nospread and is toggleable with a chosen key. it also doesn't make ur crosshair smaller when activated like the normal .cs
