Help C-Hud error - White box

Please get this white box out of my game please.  :yuno:
It's normal when I not installed Sampfunc
But..when I installed sampfunc, c-hud it's looking like this  :computer_guy:
I already try installed more c-hud but...it's doesn't work

Did you put everything in the correct folder? I used this last year June /July and it worked perfectly

I dont know what feature of sampfuncs causes that white box. Wait for someone with more experience to reply.

why first time i played...it's fine.
but second time i played...it's crash
and i need to re-install CLEO and 0.3z ?
