There are famous c++ decrypter out there at the web, but Decrypted scripts are generated into an "Assembly Language" format, it is just not worth editing a script that is a low level language since you need to have a lot of knowledge on computer programming to have the taste of doing some low level language stuff.
My suggestion is not to try editing SF and ASI if you have no source code of this scripts. Most people today only know how to code using high level languages including SANNY BUILDER, and I think you are also. It is just a waste of time trying to reverse engineer the SF or ASI files without its source codes.
