CLEO Help Cleo directory forbidden on the server

Okay, so i play on one RP russian server, when you enter it and you have a CLEO folder in GTA_SA, it says that this folder is not allowed and you have to delete it. You also have to download a .asi file, which is anticheat for any aim or anything.

I also saw people being banned with the reason : they were somehow hacking the .asi file, allowing to use cheats and so on.

I would like some help, because i can't run any CLEO cheats, because of CLEO 4 itself, which only reads scripts from CLEO folder. Any help appreciated, thanks!

So, some more information : you can not download the GWAC (GameWorld AntiCheat) - but you won't be able to compete in "gang wars", basically your kills won't be included into the gang war score. For example, i'm a member of Grove St. and there is a capture of a Ballas zone. If i kill Ballas but don't have gwac.asi installed (in my folder) - my kills won't be included into the war score. The gang who has the most kills wins the zone, you know.

Second : the server also bans d3d9.dll, when you enter the server(even without gwac).

This server is very very popular in Russia/Ukraine, so i know it's hard, but any ideas?

It's crypted with Themida so it's harder but I'll look into it.
