CLEO Help Cleo on Windows 8.1, is it possible?

Title pretty much narrows this down to a few key words. When ever I attempt to run a Cleo script in Singleplayer/Multiplayer the Cleo does not load. Yes, I've tried the latest version of Cleo. Is there a certain setting that I need to enable for Cleo 4 scripts to work?

Check if you installed cleo correctly and Run as admin + as win7

Try installing latest .silent asi loader.
