Get CLEO 4.1, get SAMP Functions 3.1.2, get MG Functions IMPOSSIBLE 4.3, get FYP's Anti-Crash and then try. Search for those yourself, if you are not capable of finding them, then you shouldn't be using hacks in the first place.
If that does not do it, you might have a bad CLEO mod.
