The source is public but I've heavily modified it and added some messing snippets to mess with VAC.
The injector which is used to inject the .dll is 100% safe from VAC since it's coded  from SCRATCH.
The skinchanger have ingame GUI , stattrak and you can change the name of the skin and you don't actually have to quit the game to update the skins , it's all LIVE (DIRECT).

It's not 100% VAC Safe, please don't spread bulls*it.
It's memory hacking therefore it can trigger the vac, just like this sh*t wallhacks and aimbots found on the internet.
