Disable Anti cheat in 0.3x SAMP Version

and i saw nd made my own version. It includes things such as anti-anti-cheat(System won't auto-ban me for various hacks), name change, ipspoof, and spec detection. I also removed a few things I didn't need, and compiled.
But it's for old version so Is there any Disable anti cheat for 0.3x?

he want to scam people if he realy can hack vehicle purchase why he need the 750k
try o avoid scammers
you can hack GRs and CRs in this game and you can do mats run while invisible that all what you can do.

you can get something like that with various server bug's I don't know the security maybe you can have it in-vehicle and go out some servers has bugs like that.
