EAC KickPlayer

Eloh, I have seen a guy recently on a server showing off this mod/hack where he can kick people from the server who is in a vehicle. I think he also needs to be in a car for the hack to work. He mentioned he is using Blue Eclips mod to perform this hack. It makes other peoples  cars spin/fly really fast into getting them detected by the server EAC. This isn't a normal car spin or car kick.cs hack. This hack is specified into getting players kicked form the server without doubts. But off course this can only work on servers with EAC secured. I hope someone can tell me how to activated this hack and also if it is on the Blue Eclips project. Thx for reading and hopefully REPLYING.
