I didn't make it i found it on russian site.
You need CLEO 4.1 SAMPFUNCS 5.2.2+
It has some nice features.Made by Gabriel_ .
F2 to activate.You have /gun id bullets and /spick.
Don't ask me what /spick does didn't tested.
Have a nice day and don't ask me any questions because i am not online a lot.

Put 0 LiteAntTweakBar.sf and GBProject.sf in SAMPFUNCS.

activate auto headshot then go to mw3 shoot people u will kill them with headshot . even u dont aim at head its like silent aim tht when u shoot it hits it head
