My friend had that problem too..
Just install it again i used IMG TOOL 2.0 just drop all files at once into it!

Rebuild archive?

Dude you need to rebuild your gta3.img with using Alci IMG editor or any Img tool.And also be sure to get original fronten2.txd,

I can't install Alci tool, I don't know why, windows 7, Rebuild archive and same problem again

Download this, open your gta3.img with IMG tool, replace all the radar.txd, rebuild archive and have fun.
