I want to learn C# or C++ (What is best for newbies c# or c++) anyone can give a download link of the latest C# + C++ , I want to learn programming hacks for samp guys , Thanks in advance!

And can anyone tell me whats the diferrence between
C++
C#
and VB 2010-2012

C# is made by Microsoft
C++ is made by Bjarne Stroustrup


learn C syntax and you will be able to use both of them...

VB is an advanced version of BASIC and it is developped by microsoft too...
