If you still didn't fix this, try look at the msconfig > Startup, cuz some dumb programs may leave their path there, so you can at least get rid of it on startup, and then lookup at the paths and clear all shit there
Didn't remember last time my pc were infected by ad malware, but next time try to analyze which executable file you download and what that site contains at all

Btw if this problems appear on certain browser, check its plugins most probably malwared plugin contains there

btw after uninstalling it avast notified me that there are 28 chrome files that were not deleted and some are in the extensions folder with some weird names (just like the "<div class" names in the source above)
These weird names are ID's of plugins, you can track one of those plugins by simply typing in google "chrome %plugin_id%" so once you find suspicious plugin, just report it
UPD: ah f* my dumb ass, didn't see you already fixed problem, but anyway maybe someone will meet this problem and my message probably will help him
