Hide health and armour

Any .CS that keeps the health and armour bar of other players hidden? so I'll just see their name, not HP too.

I think this is server sided, it doesn't show the health (if you have a wallhack you see the bars) and it also hides the nickname. Then it adds a text with the name and ID.
I had something like that on my server, it wouldn't show the health nor the nickname, and I added the username (without the ID) on top of player's head.

You Should Hide Player Name Tags And Then Draw 3D Label For Player Names.
