CLEO Help How do I do this?

So I was wondering if there was a existing cleo or maybe a way I could do this myself: I want it so when I type a command or hit a button, it will close gta_sa.exe but will say I timed-out on the server I am playing. Is this possible?

EDIT: Or, it would be good if there is a cleo that auto-crashes me. That would work too.
