How to know the right sensfix settings for u? (HELP) Please

I have been struggling these days I already tried dueling with a friend but it really doesn't work I tried lowering down my sens when I feel it's too high and I tried making it high so it doesn't feel too slow..
Any tips? or did I do something wrong? Please help
