My sampfuncs is 5.3.3 downloaded from a youtube guy called belciuu can i anyone help me please without it my fun days are over.

Need solution please

Here have mine just put it in the Gta root folder.
Make sure you white list SAMPFUNCS or disable anti-virus when going into Samp.
If non of those methods work make a new windows user account and import all your Gta SA files to the new users account.

What type of anti-virus you got if you have AVG disable is Avast disable it or if you have any anti-malware software you'll get have to disable it.
