Help Marty Mcfly ENB Z and blue eclipse s0beit help.

Ok i got ENB Z by marty mcfly but i can't use both mods at the same time i heared you can use

EnableProxyLibrary=1
InitProxyFunctions=1
ProxyLibrary=

a proxy libary to load the s0beit d3d9 but in ENB Z this is used to load master_effect.dll which makes the enb look really good.
So any help here?

It won't work on potatoes pc cuz this mod required gpu with direct 9.0c  level compatible with shader pixel 3.0

That mod is not even close to ENB Z but nice to see an ASI graphics mod
