i dont know what happen when i press connect to an server it show like this

Happened to me back in 2009
Make a new windows account and you're good to go.
RIP your current windows account.

red it also happed to me  back in 2015 yes i have new accout created then now it got runtime again
so ill make a 3rd accout again  any other options ?
