Mouse and Keyboard Recorder for SA-MP/GTA_SA

Is it possible to make it work on a fullscreen .exe? I've tried the windowed mode gta_sa.exe but still it doesn't work the Mouse and Keyboard recorder.
This will be usefull for Boat/Plane drives.

I have tried but in planes and boats the handling is just too much to perfect.
