Drag the files into your GTA folder.

Press ALT + F3 and she´s Activadet/Deactivadet

is it detectable? if an admin spec you, would he see it? on RP servers

no its not detectable
unless your an idiot and make it obvious that you hunt down people
if you normally wouldnt see there name tag
so no its not detectable but admins will know you use it if there smart
so depending on what servers you play on they are most likely idiots that dont know shit

Ive' puttet it into my GTA Folder, but when i press ALT+f3 Nothing Happends.

just put it in there
the root folder not any were else
and of course you wont see them from very far away but it is a bit more
