need car locked enter

I found few year ago a hack .cs same car.cs with i can enter in any vehicle lock , not mastercar ... because i recive crash with him

You can use sobiet nops
Exit vehicle
Remove player from vehicle
Set player pos
Player controlable

And you will able to drive any car you want

but I want just their mod in .cs because I know exist then but don't know name , is not master car
