It's a normal script. It's neither fully edited, neither updated. I was developing this script when Emmet released it and fixed 60+ warnings. It has 55K Lines but it will look better if you update it.

This script has dynamic business system. You can use this command [/createbiz (Type) ] After that your biz will be created and you don't have to set a interior also! It automatically sets a Interior. You can also /editbiz entryfree (fee) to set entry free of your business

You can also set faction paycheck per rank, Faction locker, Faction Rankname, Turf Tokens and you can also purge a faction using /purgefaction and much more! You can check it yourself
Dynamic Gang System:
You can create gang by using /creategang and /editgang to edit it

You can set many Events by using command /event, Those are:
1. DM
2. TDM
3. Race
4. Other
And yes I forget to mention that, This script has full land system and Furniture System. I am too lazy to write. You can check it on the script
