[QUESTION] Error 0xc00007b | How To Fix?

As the title said. Everytime I open an application (mostly open source applications/programs), it shows me this dialog box:

I've tried to download .NET Framework, Visual C++ Redistributable package etc etc and still didn't get it to open :\ 
Games I've downloaded didn't show this error box, only applications/programs.
