[REQ]Car with steel bar

Want a mod in .cs or. txd (I prefer to do it in .cs) to put a FIXED object on the bumper of the car, I wanted the object named airuntest_las (ID: 3666) and wanted the car to stay that way:

This mod would cause me to hit a vehicle and did not stop with the collision causing I passing typically  equal one armored car
