Well hello!
-Question:How to Change you IP to Avoid NGRP BAN?

-Explanation:I've tried many VPN IP changers but every time i change my IP i am still banned on NGRP...Do you know any other one that actually work??

-What do you want: a Software or a trick to avoid Bans From NGRP by changing IP.

Then they have range banned u if u for sure used all kind of VPNs, i think they havent ban all the IPs of VPN programs, so now make new windows user account, move your gta there and unintsall SA:MP, install back for removing some clients, and  for being sure delete GTA San Andreas User files folder

The thing is, After a day i get un-banned ( IP not Account) I believe you can't be Range banned if this happens.

So u will get unbanned, why should u then need evade it ?
If that IP is banned then u just didnt try hard to change it, it's freaking easy.

I GET UNBANNED AFTER A WHOLE DAY....I want to do it Instantly by changing IP but it doesn't seem work...I just don't wanna wait a whole day.

Just be patient and wait that very long 24 h lol. Or then just learn much about ban evading what is mostly easiest thing to do.

And just find some public VPN servers and there ya go.
You can use VPNGate to find servers and .ovpn config files.

Already cracked it & unlimited minutes of use , and all countries unlocked

But, still, nothing beats OpenVPN + VPNGate

Nope you dont use it in SA:MP, it has no any kind of connection with SA:MP. It just changes your network IP. But when you login with ur banned IP in SA:MP, example: server get's message IP86.124.35.12) has connected. Banned But then you turn on VPNgate or whatever IP changer, it will show server different IP90.234.12.43) Also remeber use different nick name when you login, they might be banned ur nick also.

Full tutorial is here.

You install OpenVPN.
Go to VPNGate website.

On the server list (on VPNGate website) on the right - OpenVPN Config.
Download Config and just click it while OpenVPN is running.

You should be connected and have a different IP now.

You can disconnect whenever you want, you can see a list of IPs you have (they are called "profiles") - you can connect to them, modify them, delete them.

Of course, you have to change your name on SA-MP if your account is banned.

Server and client IPs are different and they change all the time.
