Also I can give you secret trick while you open it twice without VPNS(means Antiban)

If admin ban your nick while you are running twice the other gta_sa.exe will be hidden so you can still attack the server because the other will not lost connection only bots will be ban and this isnt bots.

Note If you leave with the 2 gta_sa.exes you are banned because admin banned already the one gta_sa.exe(it means if you rejoing to the server again).
