SA-MP Crashing

I have deleted modifications and attempted to go in-game as well and it still crashes so it wasn't any modifications. Can someone help me please?

try deleting the gta_sa.set in your "myDocuments\GTASAUserFiles\" folder

It was crashing on start up. I re-installed other files and got the crashing fixed but not it keeps FREEZING before I log in. -_-
