CLEO Help SAMPFUNCS issue[Urgent}

Hello everyone, so my issue is that SAMP loads singleplayer whenever I put the ASI file in it.

To clear any doubts here are some things I did trying to fix this issue:

1). Uninstall GTA and install fresh copy.

2). Replace gta_sa.exe with the 1.0 US version

3). install SAMP 0.3.7 R-2

4). install cleo 4.1(I've tested with 4(new one)as well, same results)
5). place sampfuncs 5.3.3 asi in root directory for gta(I've tried versions 5.3.1 and some older ones, same results)
