shoot trough walls: open mod_sa-s0nicTz.ini, press ctrl+f and write in the box s0n_through_the_walls then you will find s0n_through_the_walls = 1, replace it with s0n_through_the_walls = 0
rain: open mod_sa-s0nicTz.ini, press ctrl+f and write in the box s0n_rain_at_start then you will find s0n_rain_at_start = 1, replace it with s0n_rain_at_start = 0
if you are too lazy download the attachment and put it in ur gta sa folder
