I've just copied everything,I've written in my other topic and pasted it into this request im owning now.
So the first thing I wanna know is what's a surface mod ? what is it for ? why is everyone talking about it so badly like it's an lamppost mod or something like that ?
The second question is where can i find a surface mod ?
