Teleport to coordinates mod.

I need help, I need a script that works on SA-MP (prefer cleo ) that makes me teleport to specific coordinates that I can edit.

I tried finding some and actually found one but it needs a .rar password -_- Tried teleport master but it doesn't let me teleport to coordinates for some reason.

please help.
