trollbiet fails

when i use trollbiet i get stcued i cant do anything but restart my pc how can i solve this prob troollbiet doesnt work anymore?

Are you using Trollbiet 0.3x? <!-- l topic141.html<!-- l
You should use Samp 0.3x R1 instead of samp 0.3x R2
