You got any mods? Some mods will conflict with s0beit. Try to install s0beit on a clean gta_sa. And I mean by mods = models, not CLEO hacks etc. (can't post a direct link to download gta_sa 'cause hotlinking is not allowed)

Download UGBASE first, extract all to GTA SA installation dir. Then download Ver. 3 and extract it to the GTA SA installation dir. (if it ask you to replace, choose replace)
