the weapon isn't changing colors and when i open gta is says the entry point ucrtbase.free procedure is not found in the dynamic link library for api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll

i have a problems with cleo hack (d-warp) with /command i have the required sampfuncs and cleo . when i type the command server says to me thats commands didnt exist and nothing happens Maybe Not For 0.3.7 (sorry for my bad english) The mod i tried is d-warp.cs ...
