CLEO Release Modified teleport_to_marker.cs

Hello all  :trollface:

I like the teleport to marker modification but it has some downsides. For one, you need to change keys in the script and can't do it in an .ini and two if you press the two keys while having the SAMP chat input box open, you still teleport.

So I decided to fix these things and release it for all to enjoy xd

To edit the keys(by default it's X - Y like in the original modification) open tpmarker.ini and change the keys to one of the combinations below

Tp to marker = Useless now :sadpepe:

Useless because we have powerfull new teleporters :trollface:

But anyway, good job in fixing those problems.
