Hello guys, I edited pedstats.dat, it mean that you bigger rotation. It's not like speedskin, and it's not detected. You are faster and much better rotation (very nice for sawn-off players) Just go to: gta folder/data/pedstats.dat and replace You don't need any CLEO, SAMPFUNCS etc.
