CLEO Release WaTTiProject

so, some months ago i did this, i called it "wattiproject" beacuse some ffriends start to say that my nickname is a shit.

when i did this i had no idea how to use cleo, so it is fully of mistakes, like i used the 3dto2d when i was using sampfuncs. The cleo is in spanish.

thanks to ugbase 4 the snippets (they did the cleo really.)

activation: "U", if the cursor get disabled, just press "i" and it will appear again.
some cmds: /.comandos
