The old cleos which were against other actors/vehicles and which were visible only in your screen till 0.3z.

Now you can use dozens of single player mods downloaded from gtagarage and abuse all of them in 0.3z. Not saying all of them will work, some of them will not, but still there will be the ones which are useful to abuse, because 0.3z trusts the player itself now, not the server. You could use a mod like something which makes you fire with hydra nonstop, a mod that doesn't make you reload weapons, and stuffs similar.
