i wish i could script my own cleos bro i suck at this and that's why im literally asking for an expert's help since im not capable of scripting my own mods, nothing else.

you can start to learn whenever you want. there is nothing that blocks you. but since there isn't any request section, i think you can post it in here;

Im only asking if anyone can make a player unsyncer for SAMP DL
 and maybe if it's possible make this lag.cs useful on SAMP 0.3DL.
