You must have ini file for best performance...
You can find attached at first / second thread comment.
Download it and put in cleo.. then everything will be okay and you have control over cleo.

Now fix the bug that when Im on Google Chrome and GTA SA is running in the background, the player doesn’t jump when I press Shift without disabling the jump feature in game
Common bug with this mod.
