Blocked Cleo section

It's not possible to start new threads in the Cleo section except "Releases". The "Start new topic" button is missing, even entering the url directly doesn't work, check by yourself:

First at all sorry. I thought it got fixed in our last conversation as I didn't saw anything else in the chatbox.

I've figured out why the permissions were messed up, on my side everything looked fine the visual representation of the permissions somehow bugged out I set the forum permissions via the db and it should work now.
