Bots should be able to use /commands too

as i seen in one project that bots also can use commands .so i suggest this it would be awesome to have bot should be able to use any command in s0nictz.i mean to say bots can send /commands to server

in the full v0.37 version there will be a full AntTweakBar and .INI support
including basic options like sending commands from bots etc.
anyway if you have any other ideas you can just write them.
