Just use Deagle for example. Deagle does high damage vs Silenced pistol.

Yes you can do it for all weapons.
Example:

Shotgun -> use Combat Shotgun instead for more dmg
Rifle -> use Sniper instead for more dmg
Fist -> Knuckles for more dmg

or just use Minigun
